Our company, as a member of the Foldana corporate group, decided to establish a financial enterprise based on the provisions of Act CCXXXVII of 2013. Among the shareholders of this Hungarian-owned company are individuals with outstanding expertise in the banking sector. The majority shareholder of the company is Foldana Real Estate and Debt Management Ltd., which has over 15 years of experience in debt management, enforcement, and the operation of condominium associations. Our company’s philosophy is to utilize the accumulated experience in a professional environment, always striving to find the appropriate solution while considering the interests of every client we engage with.
The operation of the financial institution as a financial enterprise has been authorized by the Hungarian National Bank under decision H-EN-I-250/2017, permitting debt purchasing as well as lending and credit provision to non-consumer individuals with personal limits. Within this framework, we can offer a wide range of solutions to our business partners, including non-recourse debt purchasing, commissioned debt management, accounts receivable factoring, tender and VAT financing, as well as investment financing for condominium associations and financing for agricultural primary producers and businesses.
Our financial activities are supported both by our company’s own resources and by the limits provided by our commercial partner bank.
Taking advantage of market demand, our financial enterprise has decided to commence safe deposit services. This decision was supported by the corporate group's real estate development activities during the construction of Hotel Foldana, when it was resolved to create a safe deposit room with 3,000 lockers on the building’s basement level (-2), meeting modern security requirements. Our safe deposit service has been authorized by the Hungarian National Bank under decision H-EN-I-226/2023, allowing us to provide official, secure, and professional safe deposit services to our clients.
During safe rental, clients personally place their belongings, valuables, documents, certificates, investment items, and collections into a pre-selected safe deposit box. The opening of the safe deposit boxes and the placement of items take place in a separated, discreet area of the safe room, ensuring that only the client is aware of the contents of their safe. Our safe room is equipped with Wertheim-manufactured safe systems, each of which complies with the highest vault standards. We employ a multi-level biometric security system for both access control and the placement of valuables.
